Purpose:
The role of the Church Clerk is to ensure that the church's records are maintained and that the business of the church is documented.
The Church Clerk acts as the secretary at the Church Board meeting and Business meetings.
In addition, the church clerk is responsible for maintaining the membership list of the church (Membership Transfers).
